You would have seen movies about going to Mars or exploring space which majorly depicts the science and the curiosity of man for outer space. But, when you watch “The Space Between Us” you would see quite the contrary. Gardner Elliot played by Asa Butterfield, the first human born on Mars for an astronaut is a 16 year old, who has spent his entire life on Mars dreaming about returning to earth to experience and meet the only person who knows him from earth who would eventually join him in his journey to find his father.
Raised by scientists and a romantic by heart is not a candidate for the journey to earth because of the health complications during birth. In this era of curiosity and love about Mars and Outer Space, this move is refresher to appreciate the only Earth we have and view it from the perspective of someone who cannot be on earth even though he wants to be.

A true story of courage, purpose and belief moulded into a fine young American Desmond Doss joining army with a conviction of not to use arms during World war II is an example of Kindness in the face of violence.
With a firm decision to serve the nation in the time of need but holding on to one’s beliefs Desmond Doss is a true inspiration and showing bravery and selflessness. In the battle of Okinawa against the Japanese Desmond Doss saved lives of 75 fellow men alone and without firing a single bullet. Andrew Garfield by playing the lead character has done justice to the role. The Scene of after war where Desmond praying to god asking “Give me one more….” to save is a moment where the irony of war is pictured. Its a must see for every one especially the war movie fans.

The action sequences in Batman v Superman are spectacular, but the narrative is shoddy, simultaneously slow and is not good enough for these classic characters. Ben Affleck tries really hard to be a good Batman and gives a performance of a lifetime, but the interpretation of Batman in this movie is peculiar. Henry Cavill as Superman is uncharismatic in this movie.
Jesse Eisenberg is fantastic as Lex Luthor. Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman is fearsome. There are a couple of good performances struggling to get out. The movie is a step towards “Justice League” franchise, a step that’s all.
